v\u00e9g\u00e9tale<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">70g de beurre,<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">70g de farine<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Sel poivre..<\/span><\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Faire fondre le beurre dans une grande casserole, ajouter la farine, faire absorber la farine par le beurre, rassembler en boule. Puis rajouter petit \u00e0 petit en fouettant le lait et le bouillon en alternance. Bien assaisonner sel et poivre.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Assemblage<\/span> :<\/span><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Dans un plat \u00e0 gratin beurr\u00e9, ou vous pouvez placer 3 feuilles de lasagne l\u2019une \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019autre, mettre une louche de b\u00e9chamel au fond du plat placer 3 feuilles de lasagne, puis une couche d\u2019\u00e9pinards, recouvrir les \u00e9pinards de 4-5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de s\u00e9r\u00e9 et de la b\u00e9chamel. Continuer \u00e0 faire des couches jusqu\u2019\u00e0 remplir le plat, finir avec une couche de lasagne et recouvrir de b\u00e9chamel. Ne pas mettre le fromage tout de suite.
